Do you supply a catalog?
No - Because we are continually updating our website with new products we are not able to supply a printed catalog.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We ship all orders within 24 hours of receiving your order. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on Monday. Most orders take 3-5 business days for delivery.
What shipping method do you use?
We utilize UPS Ground Service.
Do your products come with the original designer’s labels on them?
No. All of our products are inspired designs. We do not sew, glue or emboss the original designer’s name on our products.
Can I make a purchase by phone, mail, or fax
Yes. You may call to place an order over the phone at (213) 749-0299 / 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. (Pacific Standard Time). You can also fax in your order (printed from our shopping cart order form) to 213-749-0150.

What is your Return Policy?
Customer's satisfaction is our priority. We are fully confident you will be pleased with your product and the speed and quality of service. If you find any damage or unhappy after you open the package, we gladly make exchange (No refund/ exchange only) within 3 month from the date you purchased. If replacement for Damage item is out of stock, we will replace it with another product that is equal or less value. Please report the claim call 213-749-0299 or email to lafidalehandbag@gmail.com . Once we provide you the claim number, please send the goods back to us. Please note The Customer is responsible for the complete return shipping cost (sending back & receiving back).
